February 1, 2024 - Ethiopia signs a 28 million USD (approximately 1, 572, 922,400 Birr) project agreement with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to enhance the growth of the textile and garments industry in Ethiopia.
The PC is the principal governing body of the MDTF which comprises the Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, and the 5 contributing donors, namely Global Affairs Canada, KFW (Germany), the French Agency for Development (France), Irish Aid (Ireland), and the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (United Kingdom).
