During a signing ceremony held at the Ministry of Finance  to transfer the domestic liabilities of six  State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to Liability and Asset Management Corporation,

A high-level delegation led by H.E Mr. Abdoulkarim Aden Cher, the Minister of Budget of Djibouti, is in Ethiopia for a three-day visit to discuss and advance strategic bilateral interests.

ሐምሌ 23 2013 ዓ.ም ፡- የገንዘብ ሚንስትር ክቡር አቶ አህመድ ሽዴ ውይይቱን የመሩት ሲሆን በ2013 በጀት አመት በመስሪያ ቤቱ ለተመዘገበው የስራ አፈጻጸምና ውጤት መላውን ሰራተኛ አመስግነው በቀጣዩም የ2014 በጀት አመትም ወጤት እንዲመዘገብ ተግቶ መስራት አንደሚገባ አመልከተዋል፡፡

They discussed the progress of the project by Global Partnership for Ethiopia and the next steps in the implementation. Dr. Eyob and Mr. Soussa spoke about the importance of digitization and an open and competitive telecommunications sector for the future of the country.

The Corporation will be focusing on absorbing and administering the State-Owned Enterprises debts; managing assets and liabilities; and handling the investment activities of the enterprises that will fall under its portfolio. The members of the Board of Directors are as follows:
